Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phstake platform — including the website at phstake.net, any associated mobile applications, and all games, betting markets, and payment services offered therein — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and phstake (the "Platform" or "We").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phstake platform and, if you have already created an account, request its closure by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

phstake reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an active account on phstake, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino and sports betting operations in the Philippines.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located within Philippine territory at the time of play.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phstake or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list administered by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative for any third party.
• Online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. phstake will conduct identity verification (KYC) in accordance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on phstake. Duplicate accounts detected by our system — whether identified through shared device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — will be suspended pending investigation. Any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phstake account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods associated with your account. phstake will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

Any action taken on your account using your credentials — whether or not authorized by you — will be deemed to have been taken by you. phstake shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

• Do not share your password with any other person, including phstake support staff.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection.
• Use a unique password for phstake that you do not use on any other platform.
• Log out of your account when accessing phstake from a shared or public device.
• Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account immediately via our 24/7 support channel.

In the event of suspected unauthorized access, phstake may temporarily suspend your account pending a security review. During this period, deposits and withdrawals may be frozen until the investigation is complete.

All phstake accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and such other payment channels as phstake makes available from time to time.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed in real time and credited to your phstake wallet within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to two (2) banking hours to reflect, subject to the processing times of the respective bank.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within an average of ten (10) minutes from approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) banking day. phstake does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same account (the "same-source rule"), unless phstake explicitly approves an alternative method for KYC-verified accounts.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a KYC review if full identity verification has not yet been completed on the account.
• phstake reserves the right to request supporting documentation (e.g., proof of payment source) for any withdrawal request as part of its AML compliance obligations.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where there is an ongoing investigation into the account for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns.

All wagers placed on phstake — including casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, sports betting markets, bingo, and sabong — are final once confirmed. A wager is considered confirmed when the platform returns a bet receipt or confirmation reference number to the Player.

Game Integrity: All electronic games on phstake (slots, RNG table games, virtual sports) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that is subject to independent third-party audit. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are accessible within each game's information panel.

Sports Betting: In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, phstake's settlement rules are as follows:

• If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will stand and be settled on the rescheduled date.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned with no result, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Player wallets.
• For in-play bets placed after an event has commenced, only markets that have been fully resolved will be settled; partially completed markets will be voided.

phstake reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets offered at clearly incorrect odds due to a system or human error — after notifying the Player. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account in full.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phstake and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will be subject to account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, including pending withdrawals:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund an account.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one phstake account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional terms, including matched betting across multiple accounts, arbitrage bonus strategies, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a bank or payment provider for funds that have already been used to wager or withdraw on phstake.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, screen-scraping tools, or any software that interferes with or manipulates the phstake platform, its games, or its betting systems.
• Money laundering: Using phstake for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity as defined under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Underage gambling: Accessing phstake while under 21 years of age, or assisting a person under 21 to access the platform.

phstake offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (the "playthrough requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The playthrough requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the time period specified in the promotion terms (commonly 7 to 30 days from issuance). Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a phstake account at any given time, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals may not be processed while a bonus is active and its wagering requirement has not been met. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Some bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated by bonus funds. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the promotion's specific terms.

phstake reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotional offer is withdrawn after a Player has already activated it, the Player's existing bonus balance and wagering progress will be honoured under the terms at the time of activation.

phstake is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity; it should never be pursued as a source of income or engaged in while under emotional distress, financial pressure, or the influence of alcohol or substances.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phstake account holders at no cost and can be activated at any time through account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at configurable intervals (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications showing your net gaming result for the current session, triggered at your chosen intervals.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, logins and deposits are disabled; pending withdrawals of real-money balances are still processed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from phstake for a period ranging from six (6) months to a permanent lifetime ban. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content on the phstake platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, audio, video, database structures, and page layouts — is the intellectual property of phstake or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phstake platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without written authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any phstake software.
• Create derivative works based on any phstake content.
• Use phstake trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorized in writing.

Any unauthorized use of phstake intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phstake's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to phstake in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phstake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if phstake has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phstake does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service outages, and force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions, and civil unrest) may result in temporary service unavailability. phstake will endeavour to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance and to minimize unplanned downtime.

phstake collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

By registering on phstake, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and promotional communications (where you have opted in). Your data will not be sold to unaffiliated third parties and will only be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and payment processing partners to the extent required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

You have the right to access, correct, and — subject to legal retention obligations — request deletion of your personal data held by phstake. To exercise these rights, contact our support team at [email protected].

phstake reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect Player rights, obligations, or the conditions under which funds are held or withdrawn — phstake will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the registered email address on your account and a notice banner on the platform.

Non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions, grammatical corrections, or formatting changes) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this page will be updated with each revision. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

If you do not accept an amended version of these Terms, you must close your phstake account before the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between phstake and a Player, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through phstake's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If a resolution is not reached within thirty (30) days, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's regulatory process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines.
